Is Landmass and World Partition not compatible?

I discovered that using CustomBrush_Landmass and multiple Landscape_Region loaded in world partition will make the CustomBrush_Landmass visuals disappears in the editor and play mode.

But if I load only 1 Landscape_Region, the CustomBrush_Landmass is working again as intended.

Is the CustomBrush_Landmass and multiple Landscape_Region loaded not compatible?
