Is it still possible to pass an "Animation Sequence" variable into an "Animation Blueprint"?

Is it still possible to play an “Animation Sequence” variable within an “Animation Blueprint”?

The answers I’ve found are seemingly outdated, such as this one:

I haven’t been able to find any option that allows for that behaviour.

May be better off creating a dynamic ABP system where you swap out the ABP entierly.

Realisically animations as variables have never been useful, mostly because evaluation or swapping of any kind breaks fast path.
