I have a concept for a project where I would like to be able to select different guitar amps and play my guitar live in Unreal Engine- not necessarily record the guitar just live-playback so you can hear it and have different FX dependeing on which amp you select. I have an audio interface to plug my guitar into. Would this be possible?
I think you can use the audioCapture plugin. I don’t think the latency would be very good though, but give it a try.
Thanks for your reply, I will give that a shot.
You can use Unreal Engine to process live input from your guitar through your audio interface and apply different amp simulations and effects in real-time. Set up your audio interface to capture the guitar input, then utilize Unreal Engine’s audio capabilities to apply various effects.
