Is it possible to use Dataprep at Runtime?

Currently messing around with the UE4/5 Collab template and it works really well.

Recently I’ve gotten into using data prep and this is great for editor use. I was wondering if there is a way to execute and commit specific dataprep files during runtime? So far I’ve found nothing, however it would be really nice to switch out materials during the templates Direct Link or Datasmith file import. Any direction on the subject would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately the only way to use the Dataprep features during runtime would be to use custom C++, which is a bit of a bummer for me as a designer (this is what I was told on UDN)
