Is it possible to submit Rating for my map without re-publishing it?

I ask because when I was publishing my new map I had to submit survey online on external website. At the end of the process the unpublished map received rating and assuming it passes the review, I would imagine published map will have rating.

But when I look at maps I published earlier I see grayed-out marker under Content Review category with No Rating and no ability to change it.

So what happens if I do nothing? And if I want to submit the rating, do I have submit new private version for publishing and then complete the survey? And do questions are related to my map only or to Fortnite in general?
