Is it possible to set up pivot points with specific coordinates?

Here is the situation. I work for an engineering company and we want to do design and constructability reviews with Unreal. I need to pivot wings of an object. I am trying to figure out how to very precisely set the pivot point. it is critical due to we are looking at clearances and what not. the native files are coming from Autodesk Inventor, into Navisworks and then Datasmith to bring them into Unreal.
