Is it possible to rearrange a skeleton mesh inside UE4

Hi guys/ettes.
Is it possible to change the position of the joints inside UE4? My issue is that I have a mesh with the head placed a bit to high, and when I go into the skeleton part and lower the head, it does not seem to make any changes on the mesh itself. So can this be done inside the UE4 or do I have to fix it in maya and import everything over again?
