Is it possible to make something move within UEFN?

Hello, I am new to UEFN and am looking into it for a project, but I quickly hit dead ends with everything I tried. I was hoping to get objects parented to a moving actor in some way to allow for things to move, as an example if i could attach floors to a driveable bus in the game, but all vehicles are spawned in using spawners which quickly blocked that avenue.

I tried looking into Verse too but it feels like there is a lot in place to stop people creating things like that, is that correct? thank you.
