is it possible to make ios audio synth?

I am a new Unreal user. I have experience in audio programming using Max/Pure Data. Unfortunately, I cannot compile the patches into standalone apps. I thought of using Unreal Blueprint since I can easily test and distribute it on ios.
My question is if it is possible to do it in Unreal. I haven’t found any resources for that, everything discusses audio within the game, but not as an audio app. If it is possible, what would be the most suitable blueprint template?
