Is it possible to import PhAT for the skeleton?

Is it possible to import PhAT for the skeleton, as it is implemented with the UCX_ collision for static meshes?
Since I have a SkeletalMesh of a car with PxAT and for it it is required to copy the UCX_ from the STATIC MESH to each of the bones separately every time, so that everything works and there are correct collisions.
