Is it possible to get joints to be driven by chaos cloth in UE5?

I have recently migrated to UE5 for a project and have been learning Chaos Cloth within unreal. My primary experience before this has been with Havok cloth and one big element that saved on performance was the ability to use a simulation mesh to drive joint positions. I have been struggling to find if this is possible within unreal/chaos cloth and have found mixed answers online.

In short: I find it would be incredibly beneficial to allow joints to get the vertex positions of a cloth sim and deform accordingly and would love to know if this is possible within unreal
