Is it possible to dynamically add metahuman content to character ? (Like beard)


Is it possible to add dynamic content in UE like beard of a character ?

For example I have my character and I want to add it beard over the time, should I create multiple copy of this character with different level of beard and then instanciating the good one when the beard has grown or is there another way to achieve this ? Else I will probably need a lot of copy.
