I’m on slow internet speed so downloading online installer takes forever long.
I am still downloading the UE5 since this morning and it is 21:45 here.
Is there a way to downoad some sort of offline installer (setup/exe file) and transfer/copy to external storage so I don’t have to wait to install/download per each local PC?
You could build the engine from source (from github) and save that into an external hard drive. The first time you do it it can take a while. But the instructions on how to do it are well documented.

But bottom line is, after you have it, you can just copy to the machine you want to use. Assuming you have all the development requirements of course.
