Is it possible to change a mesh width, size, thickness etc. inside ue4? If yes, How to do this?

I have a mesh from some Unreal Engine free stuff (a spline mesh from Yin, Paragon), but this mesh is too thin, i want to increase it’s thickness without a external 3D modeling tool. Is it possible to increase it’s thickness inside ue4? How to do this? Thanks.

When working with spline meshes, you can scale their Start & End points like so:

The in-between geometry will be adjusted accordingly and automagically.
