Is it possible to adjust the temperature and density of fluids in Unreal Engine 4 or 5?

Hello. I am trying to create an Earth science simulation, specifically on the topic of thermohaline circulation in the ocean where warm and cold water meet and cause a phenomenon. I understand that I need to use fluid simulation for this.

Can Unreal Engine 4 or 5 adjust the physical data of fluids such as temperature and density? If so, what is the method?
