Is it possible to add physics to a pillow?

I want to have an ability to interact with a pillow, to put in on a couch for example, and it will organically create new folds according to the surrounding.
I can create simple pillow in Marvelous Designer for example, just two planes welded together and inflated. Can this mesh be used inside UE, or such things should be created inside UE?
I am not able to find any examples and don’t know if it even possible.
