On create.fortnite.com if you click the 3 dots next to a project you can transfer it to another team.
So the other company would need to add you as a collaborator to one of their teams, then that team will be listed.
For ‘Company Name’ it does look like that is an editable field within your account settings. But I’m unsure how a new company name would be handled for tax-info purposes. In the context of USA - I think your EIN would still be the same even if you change your name.

We need to transfer the whole project of an island not yet published from our account to another company’s account. In fact, the need is not to collaborate together on the island project but to pass the entire project and ownership of it to the other company and allow them to proceed with the publication of the island and thus its monetization.
Is this possible?
I believe that is possible. (I’ve just never done it)
If that company creates a team and then adds you to it, you can transfer that project to that companies team. (And then they could remove you as a team member)
Let me know if that doesn’t work out.
