Is it okay to have a Data Layer for managing ambient sound?

In larger maps, such as open worlds, the
it would be efficient to manage environmental sound data through the “Data Layer” feature.

I haven’t tested this yet.
Does anyone use this approach?
What are your thoughts?

What is the difference between Level Streaming and Data Layer?
Aren’t they both about efficiently loading and unloading the desired assets?
