Is it normal behavior for a launcher to take more than 90sec to open ?

I’m on a computer that have the fowolling specs :
CPU : i9-12900K
RAM : 128go of 3200mhz ca 18
GPU : RTX 4090
ROM : NVME gen 4 Samsung 990 Pro 4Tb
Network : 10Gbps network (to wan)

Time to launch a simple launcher with 15 buttons and 20 images : 90sec
Time to draw a scene witch is composed of 2billions uniques triangles and 700 8K textures : 9ms

I know i’m comparing smething that shouldn’t be compared (auth-sign-in vs already compiled running code), and I also know there are good alternatives launchers.

It is not always 90sec, sometimes it’s 5, sometimes it’s 20, in the mean it should be around ~18sec with one peak of 90sec (without network issue nor intensive use of hardware)
I’m just asking if i’m the only one having that bad launcher opening, if it’s something known (as it’s the same launcher gamers have to use), if there will be improving in the future (when?).

90sec is 287 100 000 000 CPU clock circles, or the latency to send 30 messages to the moon.
