Is it legal to use the marketplace free assets for sample projects in my new book?

HI Unreal Support team,

I am writing a Unreal Engine programming book. I am wondering if it is legal to use some free assets on the marketplace, such as the Action RPG and the Infinity Blade assets, to develop the book’s samples that can be downloaded by readers?
