I just wanted to know that, is it important to install “VisualStudio 2015” to download unreal engine 4.10.2 ??? cause I was trying to install UE 4.10.2 and it was getting stuck at 40% all the time from past 10 days (without VStudio) now I just installed VStudio 2015 (community version) and going to try to download again.
Update your Windows first. Start Launcher with adminrights.
My PC is fully upgrade and I did start the Launcher with Adminrights but still the same + I did install Vstudio 2015 Community version but still the same problem…I found some .png error in debug file it might be problem and I tried everything to avoid that problem but still the same…btw the fact is I am not able to download any version of UE4 never happened like this before every time I am trying to download Ue4 it get stuck at some point …Ue4.10.2 getting stuck at 40%
