is it allowed to submit older Videos that originally weren´t made for the Challenge, but still are fitting the rules?

Great question! The spirit of the Challenge is to create something new within the Challenge timeframe.
It would be hard to confirm the older video creation process and whether or not post-production was used, along with in some ways creating an unfair advantage against other participants. It is also worth noting that the use of the theme is worth up to 5 points- which an entry created before this time would not be suited to. So it would also be detrimental to your chances.
