Is is possible to access 'User Parameters' in verse for Niagara System?

I want to dynamically set a point using “User Parameters” and a “Vector” for one of the positon endpoints for a Niagara system, is this possible to do at all? Can’t seem to fins a way to set the parameter through verse…
