is HP Elitebook 745 g3 laptop good for ue4 ?

hello guys, this is a description for a laptop i wanna buy to work with ue4:

*HP Elitebook 745 g3

-Processor: AMD PRO A10 8700B 1.8GHZ UP TO 3.2, 2mb cache, 4 cores.

  • RAM 16gb (2×8gb).

-GPU: AMD Radeon R6 8gb Size, Vivid color support, UMA Graphics with shared video memory.

-Hard Drives: 1TB HDD + 250GB SSD.

is this enough for good performans ?

No. That sounds grossly under specification - it might run, but it seriously lacks processing power, especially in terms of graphics.
