Is Global Space a substitute for World Space in ControlRIG?

I am studying “1.5 Secondary Animation” in ControlRIG level.(ExampleContent)
I found that the motion of the antenna is related to the character’s position.
But I can’t move the antenna by moving the actor position. (it gets the position of the bone in Global Space)

so How do I convert Global Space to World Space so that I can move the antenna by moving actor position?

I successfully solved this problem by using the “From World” node.
