Is Distributing a Compiled NVRTX Build of Unreal Engine Allowed?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently compiled the NVIDIA NVRTX branch of Unreal Engine for my own use and was thinking about sharing it as a downloadable build on my website to help others who are interested in utilizing RTX features (such as ray tracing and caustics) without having to go through the compilation process themselves.

Before moving forward with this idea, I wanted to ask the community and Epic Games:

Is it permissible to distribute a compiled version of the NVRTX branch of Unreal Engine?
Are there any legal or licensing concerns I should be aware of when distributing this build?
Would Epic Games or NVIDIA have any objections to this, or is it something I should avoid?

I really want to make sure I’m staying within the rules and doing things responsibly, so any guidance or feedback would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

It should be covered by the terms of UE 5.5 as NvRTX license forwards to that. But I’m unsure.

I’ve been failing to compile the editor and all packaged plugins successfully. And would love to have a pre compiled build. Or at-least an updated guide on how to set up the workspace for VS to successfully complie latest 5.5.4 published build.
