I am planning to use UE5 for mobile game development (was using unity before). I have seen some tests done with UE5 EA where the performance of chaos was almost 10 to 100 times slower than PhysX and was very unstable!! Has 5.1 improved it and reached performance parity over PhysX?

No, it’s not.
I have a huge performance impact just from the dead bodies of enemies.
