Is Build Monitor XGETask a program that automatically installs when Unreal Engine source is installed on my machine?

I noticed it installed automatically and now it’s saying my license is invalid. Should I purchase a license and if so, where can I do that? Or can I leave it as is?

XGETask is a software that is installed through the Visual Studio IDE when the Incredibuild-Build Acceleration option is selected within the Game Development options.
I probably marked this option by mistake. And since there is little information about this software on the internet, I thought it was necessary for Unreal Engine Source to work, but it is not.
I find it ridiculous that Microsoft allows a program that requires a license to be installed directly through the Visual Studio Installer, but that’s the case.
