I’d like to get Ark in early access, but I would be interested in it specifically for modding purposes. As the title of this thread suggests, I would like to mod the audio of the game, and I would like to have control over (virtually) every audio-asset: ambiences, weapons, foleys, world-objects interactions, but also logics for audio playback. Is it possible? Do you use any audio middleware? If yes may I ask which?

Yes, Ark audio is modadble. I believe it will be a “Total Conversion”.
There is a full dino sound conversion mod already up, so, we know its possible. As for any details, i have no idea.
