Are you confusing watts as being better based on a higher value?

Base on specs a 3070 is of course a better card than a 3060

The confusion is electronics do not put out watts but rather what is the max amount of current in watts the device can draw at at peak points. A word processor requires less power, say 10 watts, than an AAA, at 75 watts game for example.
