I’m using speedtree and I need to use alpha textures to apply on the quads that represent the leaves of the bushes/trees/flowers. I have created atlases for each type of foliage:
trees: atlas includes bark texture and leaves
bush: atlas stem, leaves and fruits
flowers: steam, leaves and flowers
If these atlases are 512px each, would the bad quality matter since they are small size objects? Maybe for tree barks yes, and it should be a different texture a part from the leaves, but for the rest, does it really matter?
