I looted an Ironmouse Sprite from a normal chest I believe. I tried to extract it with an earth sprite I also picked up. The earth sprite was extracted normally, however, the ironmouse sprite just popped out and fell on the ground next to the extractor. I then re-engaged the extractor and put the ironmouse sprite in again. This time it was successfully extracted according to the in game message as it said it was added to my collection. However, once out of that game, I checked my collection and the ironmouse sprite is not appearing in my collection. Can I get some feedback on what is going on and how to get credit for the ironmouse sprite I successfully extracted?
I too also have not got mine. I extracted 3 one round and did not get any and said added to new collection and 0 sprite dust given. Then another round i got another one leveled it to 4 to then extract and still not get it. What the heck is going on?!?!?
Same issue i have had. I used a fast extractor and i ended up finding another one and won with it on my back in the same game and i still didnt get it.
you got to extract it again PS I lost an extractor the first time I extracted it I did not get it back.
I had the same issue and contacted support. Here is the reply they gave me:
The Ironmouse Sprite was disabled in Fortnite because it was released earlier than planned. If you extracted it while it was available, you will be able to access it once it is reintroduced into the game .
Having the same issue, extracted two Ironmouse sprites one with the portable and the other at a site. Did another match got a Ironmouse sprite extracted at a site still nothing in the inventory.
Hey, try some critical thinking on for size. They are currently running an event with increased Iron Mouse drops. It’s released NOW. That answer was for the previous issue that also affected Gem sprites. You spoke to an AI and trusted it despite the evidence telling you otherwise.

Or…maybe this game and especially a sprite in a game mean so little to my life that it didn’t warrant any more than the 2 seconds it took to pull up a support chat and not care if that was AI. I’m not paying attention to drops or events because I don’t really care. I’m simply helping my child acquire sprites. Here’s some critical thinking you should partake in, “maybe this person really doesn’t care and was just trying to offer some help to another user”. Move on, take caution in trying to insult, and prioritize more important things than a game.
If it encourages anyone reading this, I was able to extract another one in my next game without issue. Weird!
