IPP Error: iTunes Not Found

Im sure i installed the itunes on my mac.
OSX Version:10.12.2
itunes Version:12.5.4.42

Please verify that you have iOS set ticked as a Target Platform under Options from the Epic Games Launcher.

Once you’ve done that, I would uninstall and reinstall the newest version of iTunes and then restart the computer.

IOS target platform are installed

and iTunes version is the newest.

i uninstall itunes ( sudo rm -rf /applicatons/itunes.app ),and reinstall itunes ,still does not work

Can you upload the newest log as a .txt file? Also include whether or not the same issue is happening on a blank template project, if it’s working on 4.13 or 4.14 and if you’re using a source version of the engine or the binary version from the Epic Games launcher.

That is ok. All you need to do is open up the editor and try to package. Once your package fails, go to: Window > Developer Options > Output log (bare with me, I am on a Windows machine at the moment due to an ice storm and I can’t remember if it’s called Window in the Mac version or not.)

Once the Output log opens, right click and ‘select all’ and save it to Notepad++ or Notepad, whatever word processing software you have and save it as a .txt file and upload it.

If you can’t find the output logs that way, go into your project folder > saved > logs and you’ll be able to locate the newest logs in your project folder and be able to upload those here.

I reinstall the OSX 10.12.2,and refuse update itunes to the newest, then UE4 works fine now.

if u work on a hackintosh Mac,dont update the itunes
