Are there any specific patch padding alignment size Epic Games Stores BuildPatchTool want to work the best or is the default settings fine?
Like SteamPipe calculates delta updates based on 1MB block boundaries so I use iostorepatchpaddingalign=1048576 in DefaultGame.ini
