iOS packaging -Failed to load or install certificate

I am trying to package my UE4.7.3 project for iOS on the computer with windows8.

1.) I made my provision and certificate on Macbook Air and emailed them and the key (.p12) to my email address, so that I could continue my UE4 editor on windows 8 to package my game for iOS. But I receive this same message on the Unreal iOS Configuration box: Failed to load or install certificate due to an error:‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object.’

2.) I also wonder why the Import Provision is requested before Import Certificate as in the status column it gives a messages in the red: No Valid certificate found. Shouldn’t certificate imported first in the list?
Why does the system collects provisions, instead of replacing with the latest. How to delete the wrong ones?

3.) This is more serious question. When I tried to go back to my previously copied project and start over with the packaging process for iOS I found in the project settings the same listed provisions that definitely were not imported in the previous projects (but still were present). Now I have no chance to redo the packaging process.

and I don’t know what’s wrong and how to improve my situation.
Any ideas, please!
