IOS not packaging with xcode 16

I have been trying to package iOS in UE 5.4 but it ends up just hanging. I have tried completely reinstalling Unreal engine and Xcode and it still hangs. Is anyone else having this problem?
I am currently on a Mac.

Same here, also with a completely new created project from the first person template (Blueprint only). Not sure if related to upgrade to macos Sequoia or Xcode 16. Packaging process is just hanging after the cooking completed, and the message 'Preparing project for IOS is showing forever.

A quick lauch to the device didn’t work either, so I generated the Xcode project files. With Xcode I could deploy the project to the device, but after the Unreal logo the phone display only a black screen. Xcode is repotring in the log - [UE] Project file not found: …/…/…/UEIOSTEST/UEIOSTEST.uproject’

I tried almost everything and couldn’t get the packaging to work again. Think it is time to raise a bug report, but I suspect it’s related to some additional security features Apple added to macos 15.0.
