I am trying to launch my game on my phone and when I do I get this error:

The file that it is missing (UBT-BalloonPop-IOS-Development_Remote.txt does not exist on the mac. There is not even a folder called Roaming, only Local. Am I missing something? It created a bunch of other files on the mac.
I have the same error like you. I am using win 10 and trying to compile on a macbook pro 16 with mac os mojave. I get the same error.

Is there any update on this? I have the exact problem, but only on a new remote mac machine we are trying to set as a server. The build works fine when connecting to two other macs (developer machines)
Finally after almost two weeks of trying I found the problem. This is caused by Appleās change of default shell scripting language from bash to zsh. Follow this instruction / to set it back to bash, your build will succeed.
