Hi everyone,
Im currently working on my first app, and have sucessfully uploaded it in an early stage to the Android app store. Im now working to get it on the Apple app store, but keep hitting a bit of a barrier with one particular issue.
On review from Apple they keep coming back saying that i have third-party ads or analytics in my app, and because the app is going into the ‘Kids Category’ it cant have any form of collecting data.
My app is built from the first person template, and all mechanics so far beyond the first person blueprint are my own. Its a simple game that lets you spin around a 360 image environment, and place 2d animals ontop, having to get the correct animal in the correct environment. I only use blueprints in my app, and dont know how to collect or save data of any kind yet.
Below is the review notes from Apple:
Guideline 1.3 - Safety - Kids Category*
We noticed that your Kids Category app includes analytics, advertising and collects, transmits, or has the ability to share personal information or device information with third parties.
Your app includes the following feature(s), contrary to guideline 1.3 of the App Store Review Guidelines: Third-party analytics or third-party advertising with the ability to collect, transmit or share identifiable information, including, for example, IDFA.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please remove this functionality or revise your app so that no personally identifiable information or device information is sent to third parties.***
Any info on this would be great.
Thanks in advance.
