Inverted Play Rate Problem

Hello there,i have a problem with my animation.
Basically,i imported an animated .fbx file from Maya3D into my UE Project.
The animation work perfectly,but when i try to invert the Play Rate (so that the animation would play reverse) the animation doesn’t play at all.
It’s like the mesh,instead of playing the animation,snap directly to its origin point.

I have the same issue in UE 4.23. Anyone has an idea on how to fix this?
