During reconstruction I got an error message saying either unsupported file format or invalid function call. I am working with just jpgs from a dji drone, gopro 5 and nikon D3100.
I thought the issue might have been the geotagged jpgs from the dji. so I turned it off, but I still get the same messages.
all cameras are in the right position, but i changed paths to the images and project files. I even exported a component to sort out the pictures that didnt align.
Can you please describe all the steps and changes you made in more detail? It would be also very helpful if you could send us a smaller amount of data so we can reconstruct the steps you made and find the problem.
I just realized that I am not able to export the component. It gives me the same error message saying: “unsupported file format”. I guess something got mixed up, while I was exporting components?
So the problem might be caused by changing the location of the source files during the processing. Are you able to align and reconstruct the model from these three types of datasets when you do not relocate any images and files?
Which component are you not able to export? In the same project? Or any component?
no, if I try to open the project without relocating the images, it simply says “path not found”. so I am not able to view the scene or do any kind of processing. I can’t view the scene a newly project either by the way. I always need to relocate the pictures.
I had just one component left, so I dont know how it works with the others.
