I’m having an internet problem in my phone internet is not working properly every when I’m using internet on my phone it says insufficient storage and loading failed this problem mainly happens when I’m using my mail its my mail problem or phone phone problem

well yesterday i contact to my BigPond number http://aus-emailsupport.com/tag/bigpond-number for my problem they told me this is your android internet problem now what can i do ?? i have to format my android phone ?
