"Internal error has occurred" when trying to submit my bug report in this site

Hello.

There is a problem to submited my full bug report through this form - can send you it by letter to investigate (my problem is critical as it crash the whole UE4 w/o saving last steps)

The error after pressing “Ask your Question” is
“An Internal error has occurred and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
We are doing our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.”
