Internal Error 197

So tech support suggested to open a new thread for this, so here goes:

Specs:

Windows 10 64 bit.Intel Core i7-4790K CPU @ 4GHz all Windows Updates installed

32 GB RAM with a GTX 1070 video card.

Internet explorer 11 version: 11.345.17134.0 Update Versions: 11.0.90

I have the sites as trusted sites on my IE menu under Security.

The browser information displays correctly as presented in the help instructions link support provided.

I can ping the server, yet Internal Error 197 remains. 

AV wise I run Windows Defender, Malwarebytes and Search and Destroy.

Any suggestions appreciated.

you know they say… you will not needed by the time you die. Lol. I am having the same problem only because I paid for credits and no what format my PC? how about get my money back?
