Interior reflections showing exterior sky (clouds, blue, etc.) - How do I stop this from happening?

My interior scenes show the exterior sky/HDRI Image sky on their surfaces when I render and work in the scene. How do I prevent this from happening?

Here is an example - all reflective materials (glass, metal, etc.) does this in my scenes and IDK what to do about it. Tried looking it up, havent been able to find anything.

Insert reflection probes. You can find it in Library - Tools - Reflection probes
