Just wondering how if any people that want hired for talent feel they have to be emotionally invested in their project as much as they are their work. I’m just shooting into the dark and searching around for interest in certain projects and people.
Or just comment let me know I’m trying to feel out the community before I get involved myself.
I think most cases you either are really passionate about the project or you’re being paid to work on it. Most projects fail because it’s difficult to get other people to be passionate about your project if you’re not paying them. Some people look to accept inexperienced developers and that makes it worse since they have even less commitment.
Indeed, most projects fail because of at least one of these: TIME - FUND - QUALITY.
