i solved the issue -

  1. start Setup.bat again (press Y)
  2. start CMD (admin rules)
  3. choose source folder (contain setup.bat) (cd command)
  4. enter"GenerateProjectFiles.bat -2017", when 2017 is your visual studio version
  5. start UE4.sln again and choose rebuild
