Integrating Twinmotion 2023.1 with Revit 2023.1 via AEC Collection

Seek assistance with an issue I am encountering regarding the integration of Twinmotion with Revit 2023.1, specifically within the context of the Autodesk AEC Collection.

I have been successfully using Twinmotion Trial version 2023.1.2 in conjunction with Revit 2023.1. This setup allowed for seamless operation and effective visualization of my models. However, I encountered a challenge when attempting to transition to the full Twinmotion version provided in the AEC Collection.

Upon attempting to utilize Twinmotion 2023.1 (as specified for Revit within the AEC Collection), I was prompted with a message indicating the necessity to install Twinmotion, despite it already being installed. To resolve this, I proceeded to install Twinmotion 2022.2 for Revit, also via the AEC Collection. Although this version launches correctly from Revit, the model appears empty in Twinmotion, devoid of the elements present in Revit.

To ensure comprehensive troubleshooting, I have verified software compatibility and revisited installation procedures, yet the issue persists. My objective is to harness the full capabilities of Twinmotion 2023.1 with Revit 2023.1, facilitated through the AEC Collection, to optimize our architectural visualization processes.
