instigator in animNotifyStates

I am firing a simple animation on a skeletal mesh component, soo i dont use a animation blueprint.

But I wanna use a notify system soo I think that creating a interface and a Animation Notify States can work, but i need the instigator to cast the interface.

am I crazy?
