Instancing buildings

I’ve built 12 buildings inside ue5’s modeling mode, I’m unsure as to whether these can be turned into Instanced static meshes with interactive doors and windows included or should the interactive components be saved seperately?

The interactive parts should be separate. A couple of reasons for that

1 You can’t instance blueprint ( but you can meshes )

2 It means the door can be used elsewhere

Even if all the doors look different, it’s a good idea to make your core door blueprint with all the interactive stuff in, and then inherit from that with the child actors, that can have specific meshes.
