Instanced Static Mesh - Memory is still used even after deletion

Is it okay, guys?
I just discovered that after I clear or delete Instanced Static Mesh and even create a new level and unload previous - memory is still used by UE4.

You work inside Unreal Editor, and not in Engine. Editor save in memory scene cache, undo stack an more, while it not restart. For debug memory you need use Unreal Engine Debug system. F.e. start you level in Standalone Game mode. Press “~” for console. And type STAT MEMORY.
